bedrooms and 1 bathroom. In the tower room is a 3rd bedroom,
accessible via the outside staircase.
LIVING ROOM
The living room has air conditioning, comfortable seating area,
dining area, radio / CD / DVD and TV. Through the patio doors you reach the terrace that view
offers on the swimming pool, the garden and the boulevard.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, oven,
microwave, fridge / freezer, extractor hood, coffee maker,
kettle, toaster and ample amount of crockery and cooking utensils. The
washing machine is located outside under the canopy of the stairs to
above.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and a sink.
BEDROOMS
3 bedrooms, of which 1 is a bedroom with 2 connected single rooms
beds and 2 bedrooms with two single beds. The bedrooms
on the ground floor have large fitted wardrobes and are equipped with
ceiling fans. The tower room is also equipped with a
ceiling fan.
GARDEN
For the home at the entrance you have a beautifully landscaped garden with
a terrace. Parking is possible both on private land and in front of the house.
TERRACE
Large terrace of 125 m2 around the house and at the swimming pool and a covered terrace adjacent to the living room. Large stone garden table with 2 long stone benches and 2 smaller stones
benches, including 6 seat cushions and awning, 6 sun beds with
cushions, as well as 4 seats plus cushions and table.
SWIMMING POOL
Private swimming pool of 9 x 4 meters with Roman steps and an outdoor shower.
OTHER BUSINESS
Bed, hand and kitchen linen is amply present in the home.
You have access to a barbecue and wireless internet.
Pets are not allowed.
