5 years ago we fell in love with the beautiful region of Mazarrón and the Mazarron Country club. For us a paradise on earth with its beautiful location, beautiful nature, beautiful weather, quiet location but still only 5 minutes from a nice city where you have everything at hand and only 15 minutes from the most beautiful beaches and boulevards.
We bought our house in August 2015, a beautiful new blank canvas. We have therefore been busy with the design and construction of a beautiful new swimming pool with outdoor shower and accompanying terraces around.
We called our house casa Alegría. Alegriá means "happy". A house that makes you happy. Every time we experience that again, get rid of the daily stress and enjoy it, that makes you happy!
The house is fully furnished with new kitchen appliances including dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob and oven. The washing machine is in a closed place where the hot water boiler is also located.
The master bedroom has a new 2-bed, the 2nd room 2 separate beds that can also be pushed together. Bed and bath linen is included.
There is also a sofa bed in the living room.
Air conditioning available. Now also air conditioning in the bedrooms. For the slightly chilly winter evenings also a beautiful pellet stove that provides a very pleasant warmth.
The house is located in a dead end street with a wide view of the surroundings and therefore does not receive through traffic.
You can park on your own territory, behind a double gate.
The city of Mazarrón is 5 minutes by car, beaches are accessible within 15 minutes.

In January 2017 we will build a beautiful porch and a storage space.
