The holiday home is built in traditional Spanish style with arches. It has a comfortable, bright living room. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. There is a separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The house has a lovely covered veranda where you can sit outside and eat. The house is secluded with a beautiful garden all around, within walking distance of the beach.
The beach, Playa de Calarreona, is about 400 m away. It is a local wide beach with a sloping sea. Aguilas, an authentic Spanish village with a traditional plaza, a harbor, a beautiful castle, a boulevard and several beaches, is 4 kilometers away. There are excellent large supermarkets (Mercadona, Aldi, Lidl). There is a large market every Saturday morning and there are nice bars and affordable (tapas) restaurants. The famous annual carnival is celebrated in Aguilas in February. The mild climate of Aguilas with little rain, 3200 annual hours of sunshine and average temperatures of 20 degrees is ideal for people with health problems and for anyone who likes to warm their bones. The coastal region has two protected natural areas: the Regional Park of Cabo Cope and the Protected Land of Las Cuatro Calas.
The house can accommodate up to 4 people. It is preferably rented for a longer period. It is very suitable for overwintering.
