Allergy? The house was co-occupied with a cat until 3/2023!

The neighborhood is closed off with a gate (openable by residents) from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
There is also a restaurant, large swimming pool and tennis court in the neighborhood, also for residents. A little further, in Bel Lloc and Solius , there are golf courses. In Playa d'Aro, about 15 km away, there are sandy beaches and entertainment options. The city of Girona (airport) is approximately 30 km away, Barcelona and Perpignan (France) are approximately 100 km away.
