Cancellation policy: reservations can be cancelled by communication by e-mail or registered letter, with the following cancellation costs: - free cancellation up to 8 days after reservation date. - 30% of the total rent if canceled 8 days after the reservation date up to 8 weeks before arrival - 60% of the total rent if canceled 8 to 4 weeks before the arrival date. - 100% of the total rent if cancelled less than 4 weeks before the arrival date
Payment term: When booking before mid-November, 10% of the total rent must be paid within 3 days after signing the contract, 40% of the total rent must be paid before December 30 and the last 50% of the total rent, again 8 weeks before arrival. When booking within 8 weeks before arrival, the entire rent must be paid in one.
