view of the beautiful swimming pool. Separate laundry (washer/dryer) and
drying room, large garage, GAME ROOM with various games such as ice hockey
table, pool table etc. There is also a large TV for video and games.
A total of 4 bedrooms, of course also with new box springs, 2
bathrooms/toilet.
Beautiful swimming pool, very large terrace with fixed barbecue
and sunbeds. You will really want for nothing. Villa Maravilla
stands in the village, Macanet de la Selva. The village is particularly favorable
convenient. From "Your home" you are very close to everything. So are the
beaches and the airport / city of Gerona can be reached within 15 to 20 minutes
and the center of Barcelona within 45 minutes. It's wonderful if you
crowds have sought to come home very privately. Villa
Maravilla is enjoyment in optima forma.
In the period from mid-October to mid-April it is NOT possible to swim in the pool.
