This 10 person villa has 2 floors, 5 bedrooms for 2 persons, separate kitchen, spacious living room with access to veranda.
There are 3 bathrooms, 2 on the first floor and 1 on the ground floor. One private bathroom is in the master bedroom.

Directly from the villa you can access the hills via paths. Villa Laurel is located in a quiet area in the hills close to Lloret de Mar and the beach.
You can park for free next to the house.
You can expect peace and privacy.

Lloret de Mar & Blanes have many entertainment venues, cafes, restaurants, terraces and shops.

The villa is at the end (at the front) of the hill, is free standing and is not a building of other villas in front of it, which means that there is an unobstructed and spacious view and therefore also the reason for our choice for purchase because of this unique place.

House rules :
Only young people under the age of 25 (subject to consultation) are not allowed. No nuisance to the environment

Outside the high season and holiday periods arrival / departure day in principle on Saturday, deviating possible upon availability.

Possibly an extra 10 person villa for rent:
Upon availability, a combination is possible to also rent the 10-person villa at the back for a total of up to 20 people and/or more privacy for larger groups or families. You can contact the landlord about this in consultation.
