A really nice house in a beautiful location, and a view that you will not soon forget. It is important to have your own car because it is quite a bit to Lloret or the shops. (Everything can be found there, both a new Lidl and Aldi, but also a well-stocked Mercadonna just outside and also one in the Centre.)

The road to the house is not paved for the last 1.5 km. The road is flat and without potholes, but a bit dusty. It is worthwhile to walk around on those roads and so enjoy the beautiful wooded area with beautiful views. Although we arrived quite early in the season, most of the houses were inhabited but you have absolutely no problems with your neighbors because of the large plots of land around each house and the plots of undeveloped land between all the houses.

Everything you need is available. It is understood that every year a number of things are renewed and that means that the quality is always on a higher level. This year, for example, the couch has been replaced. Previously, new box spring beds were purchased and air conditioning was installed in all bedrooms. We did not have to use the air conditioning because the bedrooms were nice and cool in the evening. (Period last week in May, first week in June) but in the summer it will certainly be an outcome.
When we were there the average temp during the day was already more than 28 degrees and then the generous swimming pool is really a delight. We were four, but even if you are with a larger group, there is plenty of everything available.

There are a total of 10 sun loungers around the pool, and there are also plenty of chairs at the various terraces and outside dining tables, but you will also not be short of crockery, glasses and cutlery. That is something I can certainly appreciate from a holiday home of a private individual over that of a tour operator. If you rent something there for example 4 people dab there are also only 4 plates, 4 knives, 4 chairs etc. etc. I think pure poverty. You will not lack anything in this house, whether it is Dutch-language books, games or whatever else you need, just open a cupboard and you will find it somewhere.
You also have all Dutch channels and many more foreign channels on a nice sized flat screen television and also WiFi.
Also nice and luxurious are the fixed BBQ and the outside bar with refrigerator. Lovely to have a cold drink available at the pool.

When we arrived everything was neat and tidy. We also received some tips from the manager about markets, restaurants, etc. But we also found the same information in a folder containing all kinds of leaflets of attractions in the area and maps of restaurants. For anyone who wants to have a wonderful holiday in a tourist area, but does not want to spend the whole time in the hustle and noise of other holiday makers, this is a place that you should definitely consider.
We give it a generous 8 on all levels !!!
