When you enter through the front door you arrive on the ground floor. Here there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath, a kitchen and a large living room with dining table and sitting area with a 51 inch TV with a 5.1 Dolby surround system and a multimedia hard drive with approximately 300 films (most in English) with a large selection of Disney films, action, thrillers, comedy, etc. This sitting area with TV is usually used as a TV and playroom for the children.
If you enter the hall and take the beautiful modern staircase up, you will reach the first floor. On this floor you have a fully equipped bathroom with shower and a living room. This large living room has a fully equipped open kitchen and an island where you can have breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine while cooking. There are 2 sitting areas in the living room. 1 sitting area is the TV sitting area and the other sitting area has 2 sofas with a table where you can have a cup of coffee or have a nice drink together. There is a separate laundry room with a second refrigerator with freezer, iron, ironing board and drying rack.
You enter the terrace through the large glass door. Outside here is the swimming pool and sun beds where you can enjoy the Spanish sun. An outdoor kitchen with BBQ and large dining table.
On the second floor of the house you have two spacious double bedrooms with balconies and the master bedroom with beautiful views and two fully equipped bathrooms with shower and bath. The beautiful beach of Cala Canyelles is 4 km away and has a small harbor and a well restaurant . Supermarkets and water sports activities and restaurants and shops are a 10-minute drive away.
