Casa Fenne Luca

Casa Fenneluca is a detached holiday home in the La Mata district just outside the town of Llagostera.

It is a characteristic house that has a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large garden with several terraces and a swimming pool. In the garden you can enjoy complete peace and privacy. Wifi and television with Dutch channels are available in the house.

The area surrounding Llagostera is ideal for hiking, cycling and mountain biking. In addition, there are some beautiful golf courses. The cities of Girona and Barcelona are both easily accessible. Girona is half an hour away and Barcelona a good hour.

Llagostera is close to the coast where you will find seaside resorts such as Platja d'Aro, Sant Feliu, Palamos, and Tossa de Mar. If you want a little more peace, there are also several small bays where you can swim and sunbathe.

Llagostera itself is a small Catalan village where all necessary amenities such as supermarket, bakery, drugstore, restaurants, cafes and doctor are present.

There is a Dutch caretaker present in the district who can be called in case of an emergency.

Llagostera is located approximately 1450 km from Amsterdam and is easily accessible by car. Flying is also very good. Girona airport is 25 minutes from the house. We do not recommend a stay without a car. There are several car rental companies at Girona airport.

In short, both the house and the area have a lot to offer. The house is tastefully decorated so that not only we ourselves but also you will quickly feel at home.

In October 2022, a renovation took place, so that the video is no longer completely up to date. The 2 bathrooms have been completely renovated, see photos in the photo gallery. The kitchen has also been given a new floor and a new outdoor shower has been installed by the pool. The trampoline was outdated and no longer safe, so we removed it.
