Terraced holiday bungalow with central heating at the Torre Vella park with swimming pool with sun beds and lazy armchairs with sea view, large terrace with barbecue and awning, the ideal place for a holiday with children. With satellite dish for the favorite channels. Wonderful base for nice trips to the Dali museum, followed by a visit to Besaliu, Cadaques or too many to mention.

We are Han and Marijke and bought our first house in l'Estartit in 1978. We feel extremely at home in this area and have never left: a wonderful forest around the corner, a beach nearby, not too many tourists, in short, a wonderful place! We have changed house a few times, but always on the same urbanization, which is still a quiet place.

Explanation of prices

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, will not or will not accept the holiday home on the agreed date, the landlord must immediately inform the landlord. A telephone communication of this must be confirmed in writing or by e-mail. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 8 weeks before the start date or later states that he will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rent. Rental fees already paid will not be refunded in the event of cancellation of the agreement. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
