This well furnished upstairs apartment is located near the Habaneras in Torrevieja. You have access to a roof terrace where the sun always shines. Downstairs there is a garden with a nice terrace and a nice marble table and benches. At 150 m there is a large swimming pool with separate children's area on a wonderful lawn where you can laze away. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen and living room. Dutch TV channels, DVD player, safe, washing machine and air conditioning. Through the living room you enter the smaller terrace where you can have breakfast in the morning. The center of Torrevieja is easy to reach on foot, as well as the Habaneras shopping center and the large Carrefour.

Near the house is a large aqua park with giant slides and water fun for young and old. This is only open during the season. Furthermore, there is plenty to do and see in the wider area so that you will definitely not be bored. You can dive, play tennis, swim, pedal boat jet ski or play a game of golf.

Bienvenidos a Casa Vromans.

We are Jan and Anita Vromans and have lost our hearts to Torrevieja. Jan has owned Casa Vromans Alto since 1999 and Anita has been living in Torrevieja since 2012. In June 2019 we bought Casa Vromans Bajo. We love this place because there are also Spaniards living in our street permanently and we also have good contact with them. In addition, many people from Madrid and the Basque Country come to our street. Truly the friendliest people ever.

Overwinter from € 825 per month (from 8 weeks). Ask about our monthly prices for other months.

For a stay shorter than 5 nights, we apply a one-time surcharge of € 40.00.
If you want an early check-in, we apply a one-time surcharge of € 40.00.
If you want a late check-out, we apply a one-time surcharge of € 40.00.

If you want a check-in after 22:00, our managers apply a one-time surcharge of € 40.00.

The energy costs are included in the rent, according to fair use policy. Fair use policy is approximately 80 kWh per week for electricity. If this is exceeded, we charge € 0.30 per kWh (will be settled
with the deposit).

The additional fees are to be paid locally at check-in.

The deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 14 days after check-out if you leave the house in good condition.
