The living room has a comfortable 2-person (sleeping) sofa, modern (extendable) dining area and a satellite TV with all international channels selected per country. So ALL Dutch, Flemish, German, French, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, English and many more channels are available! You can also use the NETFLIX subscription for FREE. The large "Smart TV" offers the opportunity to play fun apps with games, listen to music or watch Netflix. The living room is adjacent to a cozy terrace with seating area and extendable awning and has a perfect view of the beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi and garden.

The 2 bedrooms both have their own air conditioning and heating. The master bedroom has a large double bed with very high-quality mattresses. This bedroom has its own private bathroom with toilet, sink and rain shower. This bedroom has spacious fitted wardrobes, a dresser and a private safe. There are plenty of towels and linen available. The second bedroom has 2 single beds which are also equipped with high-quality mattresses. This bedroom uses the ^2nd bathroom which is also equipped with toilet, sink, rain shower and adjustable electric heating.

The open kitchen with cozy bar is fully equipped with high-quality Bosch built-in appliances such as: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob and extractor hood. There are two coffee makers, a traditional one and a Senseo. There is also a kettle, blender, sandwich maker and toaster. There is also plenty of cutlery, glasses and other crockery available. NEW: Now with special water filter so you NEVER have to buy bottled water again! So purified drinking water comes out of the tap!

The apartment has a balcony with dining table adjacent to the living room and a spacious roof terrace (solarium) of 58 m2 from which you have a beautiful view of the swimming pool, the communal garden and the sea! The roof terrace is furnished with a beautiful lounge sofa, a 6-person dining area, 4 sun beds, an outdoor kitchen with hot and cold water, BBQ and outdoor shower. The entire roof terrace is also equipped with cozy outdoor lighting so that you can sit outside for a long time. The apartment is new and completely finished with the best materials in accordance with the new European standards. The entire complex is safe, locked and protected and you have access to a videophone with door opener so that you can see who is at the door downstairs.
The apartment has its own underground parking garage with remote control which can be used to park the car or bicycles. The car can also be parked along the street. We as owners think it is important that nothing is missing during the holiday. That is why everything is widely available, from towels and bed linen to a fully equipped kitchen with the most diverse equipment. Actually, you only need to bring your swimming trunks and your toothbrush😉

Highchair rental: €15 per stay.
Special winter rate: Wintering in this attractive apartment is possible in the low season. We charge €275 per week for this, including water, electricity and linen and for a stay of at least 4 weeks. When you book, this rate is not immediately visible but is adjusted manually by the landlord.
Airport pick-up & return service: On request you can be picked up and/or returned to and from the airport at an additional cost. Additional price is €55 one way.
