We are Robby and Natalie. We would like to introduce you to our beautiful apartment on the Costa Blanca south. Unfortunately, it is not always possible for us to stay in Spain for the time being, which is why we rent out the house at empty moments. We are happy to give some extra information about our apartment, the area or what you can do there.
We also have a special winter rate from November to March, with a minimum stay of 1 month at 1050E p/m.
The apartment is located in the far south of the Costa Blanca in Orihuela Costa, within walking distance of fine sandy beaches and all the necessities that can provide you with your daily needs, such as many shops, centers and restaurants.
Orihuela-Costa has a pleasant maritime climate with an average temperature of 20 °C and 300 sunny days a year.
Due to the absence of heavy industry and the presence of the large salinas (salt lakes) in the area, the air in the region is known to be very clean. The area is therefore popular with the elderly and sick with all kinds of chronic health problems. It is said that the environment promotes health due to the relatively high concentrations of iodine in the air due to the presence of the salt lakes.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and is fully equipped such as Wifi, TV Flanders and children's entertainment. Furthermore, there are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a front and rear terrace. So it's suitable for 4p. There is also the possibility to book a baby/toddler cot.
The complex in which the apartment is located is equipped with a swimming pool and jacuzzi with an adjoining paddling pool.
The site also has a small playground and petanque court.
