This is a very cozy family home in a nice quiet neighborhood. No traffic at the door. Townhouse with two floors, 2 bedrooms, beautiful bathroom with bath and wide balcony over the entire front of the house.
Parterre with conservatory, front garden, living room and kitchen, toilet room with sink and washing machine and 1 bedroom on the ground floor.
This house has been completely renovated and newly furnished.

Close to many amenities, such as the Habanaras shopping center with Carrefour XXL. Also close to the largest shopping center in Spain, La Zenia Boulevard. Sandy beaches and the famous salt lake nearby, as well as beautiful nature / hiking park.
Many nice restaurants and markets in Torrevieja.
We offer you the opportunity to visit a mega swimming pool and tennis court of another apartment in Guardamar on a closed resort for free. Miniature golf course and soccer field. View of the sea, beach, and harbor.. Photos can be seen on this site code 29493
