Casa El Trebol

Do you want a wonderful holiday on the long sandy beach of La Mata Beach on the Costa Blanca? We would like to welcome you to Casa El Trébol in residential area Molino Blanco in Torrevieja. Here you will feel completely at home. We have done everything we can to offer you a wonderfully relaxing holiday.

You can enjoy the (heatable) swimming pool, followed by a lovely outdoor kitchen with BBQ.

Inside the house you will find on the ground floor a living room with corner sofa, smart TV, dining table with 8 chairs, and kitchen which is fully equipped. There are also 2 more bedrooms on the ground floor, 1 with an ensuite bathroom and a separate bathroom with a toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer. On the 1st floor you will find the master bedroom with smart TV, ensuite bathroom and a lovely roof terrace with lounge set. The living room and 3 bedrooms have air conditioning. There is also a relaxation area in the basement with a corner sofa, smart TV, air conditioning, dart board, football table and cupboard with various board games and reading books. For an additional fee there is also a gym with air conditioning, a double bedroom and a simple bathroom with toilet and shower and infrared sauna.

The house is situated in such a way that you can find a place in the sun or a sheltered shady spot all year round.

The beach is within walking distance and in high season beach beds can be rented here. However, you can also use the sunbeds, chairs and umbrella for the beach in the house. Several restaurants can be found on the beach. The town of La Mata is located a 10-minute walk away via a walking path through the dunes. Here you will find numerous restaurants and bars.
