The 120 m2 house (two floors plus a roof terrace) has a spacious living room and dining area, 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath, the separate kitchen is equipped with all desired equipment, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven and baking tray and is fully equipped with inventory for 6 people.

There is a spacious terrace around the house with garden furniture for 6 people, parasol and a private swimming pool with an outdoor shower. The 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor each have a private terrace, where you can enjoy the fantastic view of the flamingos. in the natural park of El Hondo or watch the sun set on one of the many beautiful summer evenings that Spain has to offer.

The house has a beautiful roof terrace on the second floor, with a breathtaking view of the two lakes, where flamingos can be found. The interior of the house is cozy and modern, there is internet TV with Dutch television and fiber optic internet. Air conditioning throughout the house, which can be controlled separately per bedroom, with the option of upstairs heating in the winter months and cold evenings. The urbanization also has a large shared swimming pool, tennis court and jeu de boules court, which people can make full use of.

We have had a house ourselves since 2009 30 minutes away and in 2017 I moved permanently to San Fulgencio with my husband and we will never leave! It is a wonderful area to live or, like you, to spend your holiday!

I am responsible for the rental of this beautiful holiday home and will also receive you myself. In addition, my husband and I are available 24 hours a day to advise and assist you.

In the center you will find some sights: The Basilica of Santa Maria, the Torre de la Calaforra, Arab Baths and Jardin Huerto del Cura. He is famous because of El Palmeral or the largest palm tree in Europe! It takes about 3 hours to walk to the Huerto del Cura park, with rare palm trees, but also lemon, orange and pomegranate trees. In 1894, Empress Sissi visited Austria El Palmeral and the great seven-palm Palmera Imperial in the form of a candlestick was assigned to her.

In the Las Salinas Santa Pola reserve you will find many bird species, including flamingos and cormorants. You can go for a walk and stop at the old Torre de Tamarit tower where you can see the color of the salt lakes very beautiful in pink, blue and green depending on the state of the sun and the amount of salt. In addition to the fish cut open at 14:00, the center also has many nice shops.

In the mountains near Crevillente de Téteria Carmen del Campillo. It turned out to be almost a magic place. You really find a perfect combi for a relaxed evening. The tea garden opens at four o'clock in the afternoon.

Strolling do in Alicante on the Esplanade de Espana. A beautiful paved promenade! Alicante has many places, including Plaza del Ayuntamiento with the beautiful baroque town hall. Visit the Basilica of Santa Maria, the marina, go eat delicious tapas in one of the cozy streets, or go to Playa del Postiguet, a beach on a beautiful location at the foot of Monte Benacantil showing the Castillo de Santa Barbara .

The Cathedral of Murcia
Murcia is the capital of the same province of Murcia. La Trapería, in this street is the heart of the city. One of the other historic streets is the Platerfa which crosses the Trapería. The Cathedral of Santa Maria is located at Plaza Hernández Amores, a lovely place to watch people and enjoy a drink. For example, the 100 meter high tower is a combination of Tuscan and Baroque architecture. Do you want to visit the cathedral that can be: 10:00 - 13:00 and 17:00 - 19:00.

If you want a nice refreshing dip, you do not really like the beach? Then a ride to the Fonts de l'Algar or the "Algar Falls" in the hinterland of Benidorm is a fun day out. The waterfalls about ten kilometers from Altea lie in a beautiful green area near the village of Callosa d'and Sarria. They form crystal clear pools in which it is cooling swimming. On the banks, there are plenty of nice places to sunbathe. Make sure you are here early, because during the summer, the Spaniards will be sure to find a little cooling! In addition to the picnic area in the park, there are several restaurants where you can enjoy fine Mediterranean cuisine.

Guadalest is a village in the mountains with no more than 200 inhabitants but with 2 million visitors a year. The location is unique, it is in the mountains and is only accessible via a tunnel in the rocks. From Guadalest you have a magnificent view of the mountains and the slightly lower reservoir.
The castle of Guadalest (El Castell de Guadalest) was built by the Moors in the 12th century AD. The remains of the original castle can be accessed through a few steps. The Casa Orduña built in the 17th century is intact and accessible to visitors (fees apply). It provides a good insight into the life of the family-capable family.
