The villa is quietly located on the edge of the village of Pego and has unobstructed views of the mountains from the garden.
The villa has its own swimming pool, three verandas, three bathrooms, three bedrooms, kitchen, living room and an extra TV room with a sofa bed (140x195cm) that can serve as a fourth bedroom (suitable for 2 children or 1 adult).
The living room and the three bedrooms have air conditioning. The windows are equipped with shutters and built-in mosquito nets.
In the beautifully landscaped garden are several terraces, verandas, a swimming pool (8 x 4m), sun beds, garden chairs and garden tables and a large BBQ. The garden of the villa is walled, so it is very private and suitable for small children.
From the villa you can walk to the center of Pego where various restaurants and bars can be found. On Thursday morning there is a market in Pego, but on other days there is also a market in surrounding villages.
The bedrooms are equipped with box spring combinations (1 x 180x200cm,
1 x 160x200 cm and 2 x 90x200 cm).
