The apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 baby. A cot and baby chair are available free of charge. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, shower, conservatory and terrace.

Casa del Sol has a communal pool and is located near the popular VistaBellaGolf. Within walking distance you have a beautiful golf and tennis course, nice bars, restaurants and a supermarket. For the children there is a small park where they can play.

When you get in the car you are at the beach of Torrevieja in 20 minutes. There are also great sights, play parks, beaches and water parks nearby.

The kitchen and utility room are fully equipped. Spacious fridge and freezer, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, microwave and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The washing machine is also located in the kitchen.

Equipped with a double bed with 2 single duvets. There is ample storage space in the form of a built-in wardrobe, dresser and bedside tables. The windows have shutters.

Bedroom 2
This bedroom has 2 single beds with bed linen. Here you will also find sufficient storage space.

Bathroom
The well-maintained bathroom has a toilet, washbasin with mirror and lighting and a walk-in shower. There are also towels and 4 beach towels.

Garden
Enjoy the lovely weather in the garden, which is equipped with a garden set with 4 chairs and a laundry rack.
