Our luxurious Penthouse, with a valid rental license , is located on the 2nd floor and can be reached by elevator and offers every comfort to relax after a day of sunbathing, walking, exercising or shopping.

There is a flat screen television with satellite reception (including Dutch, Belgian and German channels), DVD player, Bluetooth music system and FAST fiber optic internet (up to 400Mbs).

The two bedrooms each have 2 beds with wonderful mattresses, air conditioning and can accommodate 4 people.

The living room has air conditioning and central heating. This in combination with the south-oriented terrace makes our Penthouse very suitable for wintering.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, and washing machine. Furthermore, all standard household appliances are present.

On the 3rd floor (not accessible by elevator) there is a shared roof terrace where you can lounge and sunbathe. Here you have a beautiful view over the Spanish landscape.

The Penthouse is very accessible for the disabled due to the presence of an elevator.

The complex has a closed parking lot where you can park for free.

The Villamartín Plaza, a 10-minute walk away, offers a choice of various restaurants and bars and for daily shopping. It lives here all year round.

You can walk for miles along the beautiful coast. For sunbathing you can choose from several beautiful beaches (including La Zenia, Cabo Roig, El Capitán, Campoamar, etc.) and enjoy the terraces of the cozy beach bars from April to November.

In Torrevieja (approximately 10 km away) you can stroll along the kilometre-long boulevard and you will find many entertainment venues.

In the villages around Villamartín you can visit a local market every day and shopping centers are also a short distance away.

For the shopaholics .... The largest shopping center on the Costa Blanca, La Zenia Boulevard, is 4 km away from our apartment in La Zenia!

The cities of Murcia, Elche, Cartagena and Alicante are worth a visit. You will find various museums and monumental buildings there. There are nature parks, aqua parks, zoos, in short, you will never be bored!

There are many beautiful golf courses for golf enthusiasts. The area is a true golf paradise!
Within walking distance (500 m) of the complex you will find the beautiful Villamartín golf course. The Las Ramblas and Campoamar golf courses are less than 3 km away.

Villamartín is approximately 45 minutes from Alicante airport and Murcia airport (Corvera). Ryanair, Vueling and Transavia fly regularly from Rotterdam, Maastricht, Eindhoven, Weeze (Düsseldorf), Amsterdam to Alicante. Often at very affordable rates.

Overwintering is possible in the period October 1 to April 30. The rate for this is € 29.00 per night (average approx. € 835 p/month) including energy costs (based on 90kWh electricity/gas per week on average. This is sufficient with normal consumption). Minimum stay is 1 month.

Villamartin is the name of both an urban and a golf course on the Costa Blanca, a region in eastern Spain. It is located in the municipality of Orihuela, in the province of Alicante and Valencia. Villamartin is one of many new developments in the past decade in this area of ??the Costa Blanca. The area is very popular with tourists and most of the population consists of Western European expatriate communities who have settled there in the last 10 years. There are also other golf courses nearby and numerous beaches. The nearest beach is the beach of La Zenia. The area is home to El Limonar International School, Villamartin, an international school that gives lessons in both Spanish and English. Villamartin is situated on the Costa Blanca in the municipality of Orihuela and Alicante province. It is an hour's drive south of Alicante Airport and a twenty minute drive north of Murcia airport. The construction of Villamartin began in 1972 and the area has become a cosmopolitan urbanization, consisting of approximately 1,500 apartments, villas and mansions. The main inhabitants are from Western Europe and mostly speak English. Villamartin is popular and attracts many tourists, resulting in a large number of tourist attractions, from golf to water sports and go-kart tracks. The main attraction for both domestic and foreign tourism is the climate. Villamartin has about 300 days of sunshine and an average annual temperature of 20 degrees. A large number of beaches in the area have been awarded the European Blue Flag for cleanliness, safety and the provision of facilities for the whole family. Villamartin has two championship golf courses; Campo de Golf Villamartin, which was home to the 1994 Mediterranean Open played, and Campo de Golf Las Ramblas. The Villamartin urbanization is known for its central square near the Villamartin Golf Course. It consists of a bank, grocery store, doctor's office, a variety of bars, nightclubs, bars and restaurants, plus a number of apartments. The Plaza is built around a square with palm trees which are typically used as a base by a good number of African Ringnek Parrots.

Less than 2 kilometers away you will find the first job of Villamartin Golf. The other 3 golf courses can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car.
La Zenia Boulevard. A paradise for shopaholics. With about 150 stores touch not uitgeken and there is something for everyone. Also there are many bars and restaurants where you can eat and drink at very reasonable prices.
The Costa Blanca is known for its extremely favorable climate. The main reason is the presence of about 10km distant salt lakes in Torrevieja (Laguna Salada de Torrevieja). These salt lakes provide a positive effect on people with skin conditions and physical complaints.
