This very LUXURY apartment with the communal swimming pool and children's pool on the doorstep is located close to golf courses and a beautiful beach.
The apartment is located on the Villa Martin urbanization in the town of Orihuela Costa. Nearby you will find the Villa Martin Plaza. The nightlife takes place here. The numerous restaurants, bars and snack bars give you a wide choice of food from various countries. Here you will find German, Chinese, Taiwanese, English, Indian and Swedish cuisine. There is a sports bar, a karaoke bar, pool and bowling. There is live music in the summer months. You will also find a supermarket, banks, pharmacy and souvenir shops here. From Villamartin you can easily reach the motorway for a trip to Murcia, Orihuela, Carthagena, Elche or Alicante. If you want to go to Torrevieja, the N332 is nearby and takes you to Torrevieja, La Mata, Guardamar de Segura, La Marina or Santa Pola. In the immediate vicinity there is an aqua park and a riding school and of course the golf courses. There are no fewer than 3 golf courses in the immediate vicinity. It is a typical Spanish rural town surrounded by orchards of citrus trees, olive trees and an astonishing mountain range. Truly beautiful!!
