Beautiful Ibiza style villa built within walking distance of the beach (700m) and the village. The house is located in the chic area of El Portet on its own grounds of 1200 m2 with heated swimming pool 11x5m. Lots of privacy. For the winter there is underfloor heating throughout the house and for the summer air conditioning in all bedrooms. There is a large covered naya, pergola with bali bed and a cozy covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue.

We are Bob and Simone and together with our 3 children we have been coming to Moraira for many years. Our house is our place where we spend wonderful holidays as a family, often with friends because there is enough space. We would like to share with you the fun we have in 'sand sea house'. The name may sound crazy but when the kids were little we went to the house by the beach and the sea...and so sandzeehuis was born.
