This beautiful villa has very special features, away from the hustle and bustle, very quietly located on a dead end street and many beautiful views without the neighbors being explicitly present.
Yet supermarket and shops with 1.5 km nearby and the beach of Moraira with its cozy terraces and many shops is only 5 minutes away by car.

You will feel very well in this villa. Lots of garden around the villa with beautiful palms and other Mediterranean trees and shrubs. A lovely terrace next to the heated pool with slide, lazy sunbeds with cushions complete this lovely terrace with its Spanish terra cotta pots and again stunning views. An outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and spacious brick BBQ and wooden six-person dining area invites you to have a drink or a cozy meal.
The garden continues to play an important role, also down a few steps where a playing field with table tennis, darts and petanque court provides the opportunity to relax. Seating is also not missing, walking the other way you come to a part of the garden where you can sit in the sun, or be withdrawn between the many trees for a while.

And then the villa itself, a few steps lower than the street and the spacious covered carport, you enter the very large living room with comfortable sofas and TV. From this living room you enter the naya with plants and a seat on the pool terrace, an invitation to take a seat. In the other direction you get the spacious dining room table and chairs with open kitchen with bar. The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. Down the internal stairs you enter the hall with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. One of these bedrooms has a bathroom en suite with shower, bath, double sink, bidet and toilet. The bed in this bedroom is 160X200. The other bedroom has a bed of 150 x 200 and the third a trundle bed of 90 x 200. From the hall you have access to the garden and private terrace with sun loungers.
