Villa Nova is a beautiful detached villa in Moraira with sea views and a beautiful private pool. The house is within walking distance (10 minutes) of the center and beach of Moraira.
The villa of approximately 180m² is located on an enclosed plot of 1000m². The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The modern villa is fully equipped. There is, among other things, Dutch television, WiFi (fast fiber optic internet), air conditioning in all rooms, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and a washing machine.
The villa sleeps 8 people, but because of the way it is built it is also very suitable for 2 or 4 people. You will not have the feeling that you are staying in a very large house.
The garden is beautifully landscaped and has a carport so that the car can be parked under cover on your own property. There are several terraces and 8 sun loungers by the pool. From the living room you walk onto the covered terrace, where you can sit in both summer and winter with a beautiful sea view.
Through the entrance you enter the hall. On this floor is the living room with terrace, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Via the stairs you can go upstairs to a roof terrace or downstairs where you will find a large landing, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both floors offer access to the garden and swimming pool.

You can walk to the pleasant center of Moraira in 10 minutes with many terraces and restaurants. Almost everyone who comes here on holiday returns. Moraira is a beautiful coastal town without high-rise buildings.
There are many bays in the area where you can relax. The largest sandy beach is located next to the center of Moraira and is therefore within walking distance of the villa.
You will also find a large supermarket within walking distance of the villa. A car is not necessarily necessary, but if you want to discover the beautiful surroundings, a car is recommended.
