Villa Jules is a fantastic house. It has everything you are looking for in a holiday home. The villa has a private pool, beautiful sea views, a good sun position, it is within walking distance of the beach and the lively center of Moraira and there is air conditioning in all bedrooms.

Villa Jules is a spacious detached villa with private swimming pool. It is located in a beautiful residential area with a view of the center of Moraira and the sea. The center of Moraira is only a 10-minute walk away and that is a big advantage of this house. A large supermarket is 800 meters away.

Moraira is a lovely village/town. Some say it is a fashionable seaside resort and others call it the Saint-Tropez of Spain. But we just think it is very beautiful and cozy and we feel at home here. There are many restaurants, several bays and beaches and no high-rise buildings. In winter life goes on as usual and it is not deserted like many coastal towns are in winter. In the summer it is pleasantly busy, but it remains nice and 'village-like'. And perhaps the biggest advantage: the weather is (almost) always nice here.

There are various water sports options, hiking trails and perfect mountain bike trails. The beautiful cities of Valencia and Alicante are about an hour's drive away and are definitely worth a visit. And towards Benidorm there are water parks that the children love. In the immediate vicinity, a visit to the Jalon Valley is highly recommended, the Algar waterfalls, a visit to a wine farm, shopping in the beautiful shopping mall or the many markets, etc. And we could go on and on.
But there is absolutely nothing wrong with just lying by the pool or enjoying the beach and then having an ice cream at Tutto Frutto in the center. It's holiday and anything goes!

The layout of the house is as follows:
The driveway leads to the garden where there is enough space to park several cars on site. Here is the front door that provides access to the hall where there is a coat rack. In the hall there is a separate toilet, access to the living room, access to the kitchen and stairs down. The living room is bright and tastefully decorated.
There is a large smart television with satellite connection (TV Vlaanderen with Belgian channels and the Dutch channels NPO1, 2 and 3 and BVN). You can watch Netflix with your own login details and also connect a Chromecast, for example.

The dining area has a dining table for 6 people and access to the partly open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, etc.).
From the dining area you walk onto the terrace where you can sit with 6 people. The photo shows two tables next to each other, but a table can be added so that 6 people can eat on the upper terrace.

From the hall you can go down the stairs and reach the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
There are two bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 m) and 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed. 1 or 2 smaller people could sleep here. It is also possible to place a separate baby cot.
There are two bathrooms: 1 bathroom has a bath/shower combination, a toilet and a double sink. The other bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

The private swimming pool is beautifully situated in front of the house, also with a view of the sea. From the bedrooms you can walk straight onto the terrace by the pool. The swimming pool is also accessible from the living room/dining area via the external stairs from the terrace or through the garden. Due to the location of the house, you have sun all day, even in winter. There are sunbeds and seating by the pool. There is a parasol and you can also sit in the shade of the pine tree in the garden. A covered patio has been built in the garden next to the house with a dining table and chairs and a large BBQ. There is also an outside refrigerator here. At this place you will enjoy the BBQ on many sultry summer evenings with a delicious sangria or glass of cava. Groceries are not expensive here. This also applies to eating out.
