This villa for 12 people is located just 800 meters from the sandy beach of Moraira. From the large terraces and the pool you have panoramic views of the village, the vineyards and the Mediterranean Sea. An ideal villa for a few weeks of relaxation under the Spanish sun.
The holiday home was built in 2010 and has two floors. On the top floor (175 m2) is the main house with three bedrooms, two with two single beds and the master bedroom with a double bed, private balcony and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. There is a second bathroom with shower.
The spacious living room has a sitting area with armchairs and sofas, and a 28 inch TV, as well as a dining area for 8 people. From the living room you have access to a large covered terrace where there is another dining area. The house has a separate kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric hob, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
On the ground floor (70m2) there are again 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. The living room has direct access to the very large naya (covered terrace). There is also an American kitchen with fridge, oven and electric hob. The villa has dishwasher, iron and board, vacuum cleaner and mosquito netting and shutters on all windows.
Villa Cap d'Or stands on a large plot of 1000 square meters and has large terraces, barbecue and palm trees. There is a large illuminated swimming pool (8x4) with an outdoor shower on the south side of the house with sunbeds with cushions and parasol. There are two nayas, both with dining areas. The covered terrace next to the pool also has a comfortable seating area. Behind the house you will find the BBQ with dining area for a cozy meal.
The villa is located in a zone with few surrounding houses, which gives a wonderful feeling of freedom. From the terraces you overlook the vineyards and in the distance you can see the Mediterranean Sea. The main advantage of this house is that it is 800 meters from the beach of Moraira, easy to walk without worrying about finding a parking space. The village itself is 900 meters away and there is a restaurant 400 meters away. The site is closed with an electric gate with remote control and there is space for 4 cars.
