Nice holiday home close to the beach and center of Moraira, a good choice for both small and large groups

We hereby offer you the opportunity to rent our lovely house in Moraira. Here you can enjoy a wonderful holiday close to the coast all year round. Moraira has many beautiful houses, but during our search we thought it was especially important to find a house that was not 'in the middle of nowhere' but close to the village and beach. Moraira is a nice place with cozy restaurants, shops and terraces. Our house is a maximum of 25 minutes walk (and 5 minutes drive) from l'Ampolla beach and the center. If you want to be a little closer, there is a nice restaurant a few minutes' walk away where you can enjoy a nice meal every day. You can also tee off at the Club de Golf Ifach golf course, which is a fifteen-minute walk away.

Intimate house with the possibility for more guests
The house consists of three floors and can be completely renovated
or partially rented. The central floor with living room/kitchen/three bedrooms for five people/bathroom/outdoor terrace (similar to the bungalow layout) is always rented out. A basic price applies for this.

If you are with more people, you can book one or two additional rooms on the upper and lower floors in addition to the central floor (both rooms with their own entrance via the outside of the house and bathroom). In short, the base of the house offers space for five people. In addition, more people can stay in the extra room(s). The house feels intimate despite the possibilities for accommodation for a larger group. Also ideal if you book the house as a couple/family and want to bring friends over. Then you book the extra room(s) for the period of their stay. Given this layout, the house is more suitable for a smaller group in the winter period.

Privacy guaranteed
The house is completely fenced and, even if you only rent the central floor, the house is only for you during your stay. The extra rooms are not rented to other guests.
