Casa Vitoria is a comfortable, detached, single-storey holiday home with a private swimming pool and free fiber optic WiFi, approx. 2 km from Moraira and the lovely sandy beach.
The house is quietly located on the south, with complete privacy and a great unobstructed view over the hills and the valley towards Moraira.
The garden is completely walled and lockable. You can park your car on site under a carport.
On the covered terrace, directly adjacent to the living room, you can relax in the shade in the lounge set.
On the adjoining terrace with a stone outdoor kitchen with BBQ, you can enjoy the large dining table with 8 comfortable armchairs in the shade of the palm trees and of course El Fresco dinners in the evening. There is also a pergola on this terrace with a corner sofa in a sunny and sheltered place, where it is wonderful to sit.
Adjacent to the terrace is the pool terrace with the large private swimming pool (4x11m) with outdoor shower, sun beds and parasols.
Our house is located in the La Sabatera district, about 2 kilometers from Moraira, a pleasant fishing village on the Mediterranean Sea with a lovely sandy beach. In the immediate vicinity you will find a supermarket with Dutch products (approx. 500 meters) and a large Lidl and Carrefour (approx. 1 km) and various restaurants.
The cozy living room has a wood stove and heating, nice in the winter, but also for the sometimes chilly evenings in early spring or autumn. There is also air conditioning (renewed in 2020) for the hot summer days. In the living room you will find a Smart HD television (43") with all Dutch channels and many international channels, chromecast for streaming yourself, a blu-ray / DVD player, a bluetooth speaker and various DVDs, books and games.
In two of the three bedrooms there are wonderfully comfortable (from Dutch manufacturer) box-spring beds of 180x200 cm. In the third bedroom there are two single beds of 90x200 cm. All three bedrooms have air conditioning (renewed in 2020).
The two compact modern bathrooms are fully equipped.
In the well-equipped kitchen you will find, in addition to a large fridge / freezer combination, a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, a convection oven with gas hob, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, Nespresso machine, kettle, juicer, blender and toaster.
In short, a comfortable villa where you can spend a wonderful holiday.
