Casa Naranjo

Casa Naranjo is a beautiful villa with all comfort and amenities. It is very easily accessible and within walking distance (25-30 minutes) of shops, restaurants and the beach of Moraira. The villa is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of greenery. The spacious subtropical garden around offers a lot of privacy and has several terraces to eat, drink and enjoy the peace and quiet and the swimming pool. From January 1, 2022, there will be a veranda with a thatched roof containing a dining set and a scaffolding wooden outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and boretti BBQ. In the winter of 2022-2023, all tiles inside will be replaced and the interior will be renovated with light sofas and chairs.

The villa has a spacious, cozy living-dining room with Dutch television, free WiFi, fireplace and air conditioning and electric heating. There is also a complete kitchen with dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stainless steel stove with oven.

There are 6 sleeping places; a spacious bedroom (double bed) with ceiling fan and air conditioning and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There are also two spacious bedrooms (with double beds) with air conditioning, ceiling fan and a separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

You can enjoy a snack and a drink from the covered terrace (the Naya) with lovely garden furniture and dining table.

Around the pool you can relax on the attractive terrace on one of the sunbeds in the sun or in the shade under the new veranda with large outdoor kitchen with Boretti BBQ and a refrigerator. There is also an outdoor shower by the pool.

There is ample private parking at the front of the villa.

All rooms are located on 1 floor.

The pleasant center of Moraira is located 2 km from Casa Leja (25 minutes walk). Here you will find cozy shopping streets, nice terraces and beautiful beaches. The small beach (at El Portet) is a beautiful place for snorkeling. The large beach (l'Ampollo) can be found near the center of Moraira (2 km from Casa Leja). There is a large free parking lot nearby, where there is always enough space.

The golf enthusiasts among us can go to Club Ifach, just 3 kilometers away. You don't have to drive far for the larger supermarkets either. You will find Lidl, MasyMas and Pepe la Sal 3 km away.

Our villa is great for enjoying the beautiful weather and the surroundings in the summer, but even out of season it is comfortable at any time of the year due to the heating, fireplace and hot/cold air conditioning.
