DESCRIPTION
Detached house in Teulada-Moraira with living room, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and beautiful views over the Mediterranean Sea.

Air conditioning in all rooms, heating, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine (8 kg), fast internet (NETFLIX or watch your own TV app via the internet on the screen using Chromecast). Satellite television with all known Dutch, Belgian, English, German and Spanish TV channels). There is a garden, covered terrace and panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and Moraira. Use of the swimming pool and tennis courts is included. There is also a laptop safe in the house.

There are 5 steps when entering the house from the garden, otherwise all rooms are on one level.

The house is very centrally located . About an hour's drive from Alicante or Valencia airports.
Location with a rural appearance and yet close to the sea and beaches. Shops including 5 large supermarkets are a short distance away. Sea and beaches about 7 kilometers away (10 minutes drive). Short travel time to the center of several coastal towns: Benitatxell 4 minutes; Benissa and Moraira 9 minutes; Jávea 15 minutes; Calpe 22 minutes; Teulada within walking distance.

Moreover, it is about a 20-minute drive inland to the Costa Blanca Mountains, where you can take mountain walks in unspoilt nature. There are several golf courses very close by. The major towns of the Costa Blanca North such as Dénia and Benidorm can be reached within 30 minutes. There are also several amusement parks in Benidorm.

We offer a discount on the rental price for rental periods in the early and late season of more than 2 weeks. When renting for at least 2 months in the winter period, we charge a competitive rental price per month. Ask for a personal offer!

Explanation of prices

RESERVATION/BOOKING
After your booking request, or if you have accepted a written rental offer from us, you will receive a rental agreement from us. The booking request is binding and you agree to the terms and conditions and cancellation policy displayed on our MICAZU page.

PAYMENT
30% of the amount due immediately after reservation. In case of late payment, we can cancel the booking. The remaining 70% to be paid into our bank account no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

LATE ARRIVAL/EARLY DEPARTURE
We charge a fee for late arrivals: after 21:00 and early departures before 07:30 we charge € 50.

TOURIST TAX
The agreed price is exclusive of any tourist tax due.

DEPOSIT
The deposit will be refunded within 5 working days of departure if no damage has occurred.
Additional consumption of electricity (above 100 Kwh per week) and in winter also the gas consumption will be deducted from the deposit.

CANCEL
Cancellation is possible. The following amounts are then due immediately after booking:
– in case of cancellation up to 90 days before the date of arrival: 30% of the total price;
– in case of cancellation from the 89th day to the 60th day before the date of arrival: 50% of the total price;
– in case of cancellation from the 59th day to the 30th day before the date of arrival: 70% of the total price;
– in case of cancellation from the 29th day before the date of arrival: 100% of the total price.

DISCOUNT/WINTER RENTAL
For rental periods in the months of April, May, June, September, October and November longer than 3 weeks, we give a discount on the rental price of 30% in the 3rd and 4th week.
When renting in winter, we use a competitive rent per month, excluding costs for gas and electricity. A higher deposit applies in winter.

Additional information

After booking or confirmation of the booking by the lessor, the rental agreement is concluded. Price is exclusive of any tourist tax. The lessor may refuse or withdraw a booking without giving any reason. The rental contract will be sent immediately after the booking and describes the agreement that has arisen between the lessor and the lessee. This includes the total price ie rent, extra costs for bath/bed linen and final cleaning, deposit and additional costs eg cot. The tenant must sign the contract and return it within 5 days of receipt. Inaccuracies must be reported by the tenant within 3 days of receipt. After the expiry of this period, he can no longer invoke the inaccuracy of the contract. After receipt of the contract, the tenant must pay 30% of the amount due within 5 days. The remainder of the rent must be paid at least 6 weeks before the confirmed arrival date. When booking within 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, the total price must be paid in full 3 days after the date of the contract. The identity of the persons in the house must be known. The tenant may not allow more/other than the specified persons to spend the night/stay in the house, not even in tents/campers on the property of the house and/or allow other persons to use the facilities of the house. The tenant can ask to add people after booking. Exceeding the permitted number of persons in the house will lead to deduction from the deposit or removal of the tenant from the house, without right to compensation. The landlord/manager may request the tenant and his fellow travelers to identify themselves. As a rule, the arrival time is between 16.00-18.00, and the departure between 08.00-10.00. Early arrival at your own risk. Delay and expected late arrival must be reported by the tenant by telephone. If this is not met, the house will be reserved for a maximum of 24 hours. Surcharge to be paid by the tenant for arrival after 21:00 or departure before 07:30 € 50 each time. In the event of a later arrival or earlier departure, the full price is due. The tenant must vacate the house at the latest on the date/time indicated in the contract. The lessor is never responsible for the consequences of later departure. CANCELLATION BY THE TENANT Cancellations must be reported to the landlord in writing or by e-mail. INCONVENIENCE CAUSED
During your stay you must adhere to our house rules. These are also present in the documentation folder of the house. This means, among other things, that you can not cause a nuisance to the neighborhood. Parties and parties during your stay where loud music is played or reproduced with electronic equipment, or where attendees shout or shout loudly under the influence of alcohol are forbidden.

If you do not take this into account, even after you have been warned of the nuisance caused, we can deny you further access to the house.

SUN, BEACH, GOLF, WALKING, ENTERTAINMENT
The relaxation near and around the house and the pools of the complex leads to a pleasant stay. But the house is also a good base for walks, beach and water sports. The hinterland has many nice charming whitewashed villages to explore. If you want to find a boulevard with bars, restaurants and the sea, take the car and you are in one of the cozy villages such as Moraira or Javea. From the house you have a view of the sea and a part of the Peñon de Ifach (Calpe). A huge rock formation with 50,000 m2 and 232 meters height and 1,000 meters length from the sea up. It is the symbol of the Costa Blanca. You can walk here, just like the mountain Montgo, a national park near Jávea (Xabía). Ask for walking routes at tourist information points. For walking, a visit to Guadalest in the hinterland is a fantastic experience. The road to it is also very spectacular. It is understandable that this picturesque town is visited annually by more than 2 million tourists.

Take your children to Mundomar or Terra Mitica, both in (Benidorm). Mundomar, the largest water park in Europe with the big dolphin show! It also offers other attractions such as the playground for children, the penguin park and the exotic park with parrots. For those who like to play golf the beautiful golf course of Javea is only 10 minutes drive from the villa. A visit to the historic city of Valencia (about 1 hour drive) is also recommended.

Who wants to go to the Costa Blanca wants to visit the beach. There are several beaches within easy reach such as the Ampolla beach and El Portet at the fishing village of Moraira, just 2 kilometers away, and also the beautiful Moraig beach at Benitachell, named after the rock that rises high above the beach.
