The house is divided as follows:
Ground floor : Living room, open kitchen, storage space (can also be used as an extra bedroom) and a toilet room with a washing machine and sink. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, combination microwave, kettle, coffee maker and dishwasher.
1st floor : Here are 2 bedrooms, both with a box spring 160x200 cm and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. One of the bedrooms is adjacent to a lovely sun terrace. Our house also has a roof terrace and its own parking space.
The “Rojales Park” is a small-scale urbanization of 14 homes and is located directly at the top of the La Marquesa golf course. There are several restaurants, shops and supermarkets a short distance away. The beaches can be reached within about 10 minutes by car.
You will be welcomed in our home by our Dutch guidance.

Low season € 325.00 per week
High season (July-August) €575.00 per week
Final cleaning costs from € 100.00
Deposit €250.00
Airport pick up/drop off €40.00 per trip
Power consumption € 0.35 p/Kwh and will be deducted from the deposit upon departure.
Due to the location of the house, a car is recommended. Bed linen and linen are provided
