By making your reservation at Residence Bougainville, you confirm that you agree to these terms and conditions. 1. Reservation Via the internet you can submit a request to Residence Bougainville for a specific apartment and a specific period. A final reservation of a holiday home is always made in writing. This method of reservation is binding for you and Residence Bougainville. Residence Bougainville will confirm and invoice the reservation by email within 24 hours of the date of the request. If you are not in possession of a written confirmation, including an invoice, within 24 hours after the application, you should always contact Residence Bougainville. 2. Prices No rights can be derived from the prices on our website. Residence Bougainville reserves the right to change these prices. You will be informed of the correct price upon reservation. The final price stated on the confirmation/invoice is binding. 3. Payment When booking you will be charged 20% of the rent, with a minimum of € 150.00. Payment must be made within 8 days after the invoice date, stated on the confirmation/invoice. The remainder of the reservation amount must be in our possession no later than 6 weeks before your arrival. When booking within 6 weeks before the start of your stay, the entire amount must be paid in one go. In the event of late or incomplete payment, Residence Bougainville is entitled to cancel the reservation. Residence Bougainville will send you a written confirmation by e-mail. Funds already paid will not be refunded. Cleaning costs and any extras must be paid locally on arrival. 4. Deposit You must pay a deposit of € 150.00. The costs of any damage in and to the rented apartment or its furnishings caused by the tenant, one of his co-tenants, or one of his guests will be deducted from the deposit. If no damage has been caused, your deposit will be refunded within 7 days after your departure. 5. Cancellation In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply. If due to any circumstances Residence Bougainville is forced to cancel the already reserved holiday home, the tenant will be notified immediately and, if possible, an alternative will be offered. If this alternative is not accepted, or if it is not possible to offer it, Residence Bougainville will immediately refund the amount already paid by the tenant. The tenant has no other right than to reclaim this amount. Residence Bougainville advises you to take out cancellation insurance. This can be taken out with any insurance company within 14 days of the invoice date. 6. Pets Pets are not allowed. 7. Care for apartment and surroundings The rented apartment must be inhabited with due care and attention, taking into account the tranquility of the surroundings. If the tenant does not behave as a good tenant or causes serious nuisance or nuisance to his environment, he can be denied further access to the holiday home, without entitlement to a refund of the rent. In the unlikely event that the tenant causes damage to the rented holiday home and/or inventory, this must be reported immediately to Residence Bougainville. Water, gas and electricity The prices offered by Residence Bougainville include water and gas for cooking and exclude electricity, unless stated otherwise.
