The apartment with WiFi, digital HD TV with Dutch channels and infrared heating for a maximum of 4 people consists of a living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1 with a king size bed of 1m80 x 2m and bedroom 2 with two single beds), a modern bathroom and a separate storage room.
We have a front terrace with awning that overlooks the communal swimming pool, the beach and the sea of La Mata.
The large communal swimming pool is accessible from June 1st to September 30th.
Supervision is provided by a lifeguard.
The kitchen is fully equipped with every comfort: fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, Senseo and sufficient cooking utensils.
During the winter months you can use infrared heating in the apartment.
You can also use an underground private parking space.
Our apartment is 150 meters from the wide sandy beach and the beautiful promenade of La Mata.
There are many nice and cheap cafes and restaurants located there. There are also some nice beach bars open on the beach in the summer.
The prices for food and drinks are dirt cheap compared to the prices of the Belgian and Dutch catering industry.
So if you don't want to cook yourself during your holiday, you have an abundance of budget-friendly alternatives on site.
We have an information brochure on site in which we have included tips about the area for trips, nice restaurants, shops, etc.
A city supermarket is located around the corner from the apartment, as well as a bakery.
In La Mata there are of course other supermarkets and bakeries.
A 10-minute drive away there are also large supermarkets such as Hiper Carrefour, Lidl, Aldi and Mercadona.
You will also find 2 large shopping centers here: "Habaneras" (with various clothing stores of the well-known brands) and "La Zenia Boulevard" (one of the largest shopping centers in Spain, with many shops, restaurants, bowling, cinema, etc).
Shoppers will also get their money's worth during their holiday at our apartment.
The apartment is easily accessible by car from Alicante airport (40 minutes). Airport transport can be arranged without obligation and without obligation from Alicante airport to the apartment (45 euros per trip).
