Semi-detached holiday villa with private pool and roof terrace, in a quiet location and fully equipped so that nothing is missing during your holiday.
Inside you will find a fully furnished house with air conditioning in all rooms, WiFi and a 42 "flat screen TV with Dutch and international channels.
Outside you can enjoy the Spanish climate on the veranda with lounge set, in the shade under the pergola with retractable awning or sunbathing on one of the sun loungers. You can cool down with the outdoor shower and a splash in the pool. There is even a whirlpool area in the pool! And how nice is it to end the day with something tasty from the outside grill.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a spacious fridge / freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob with combi microwave / oven, coffee maker, washing machine and dryer.
There are 3 bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds. On the first floor there is a double bed, followed by a private bathroom with a bath containing a shower, toilet and sink. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. All rooms have spacious closets.
The house is at the end of a dead end. Parking is possible behind the gate directly next to the pool, or as we always do ourselves, at the beginning of the street along the road. There is plenty of free space and we keep a lot of space on the terrace for the outdoors.
We use a Dutch-speaking key manager who you can turn to for questions about the house during your stay.
There is also a Dutch-speaking general practitioner in the village. The house is not suitable for the disabled. Pets are not allowed.
The surrounding area: Alicante airport is a 25-minute drive away, large supermarkets such as Mercadona and Lidl are a 5-minute drive away. The beach of Guardamar del Segura is about 6 min drive. There are many beautiful villages and towns in the area such as Torrevieja and Alicante, but you can also explore Valencia on a day trip.
If you like to eat out, you can enjoy Spanish or international cuisine in many restaurants in the vicinity.
