The living room and bedrooms are spacious and each bedroom has its own bathroom.
It is a villa built in 2006, so everything meets the standards of this time.
The area is quiet and it is close to all amenities.

The living room is spacious and very light due to the many windows and high ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with bath / and or shower and a private toilet. There is one bedroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor. In the hall downstairs there is a separate toilet.
The garden (of 1000m2) is completely fenced and the front and back garden are separated by a fence and can be closed. For example, small children can play outside, but (unsupervised) cannot reach the private swimming pool of 10 * 5 meters.
Two cars can park on site at the villa.
We recently had two Bali huts installed in the garden, one of which has an outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ.
A high chair and a camp bed for a baby can be provided on request. There is a Nespresso coffee machine and a bluetooth speaker.
There is a fireplace, but it cannot be used.
If you want to use Micazu's Easy Payment option, an additional 3% will be added to the total rental price. Another option is to transfer the rent directly to the owner, without the 3% extra costs.
