A lovely apartment, 2 minutes walk from El Arenal beach with its beautiful boulevard and numerous restaurants and shops. The name of the apartment refers to Lisbon, the city with which the owners have a special bond.

There is ample parking space for your car(s) outside the complex. Entering through the main entrance you enter the communal garden with beautiful palm trees and you are welcomed by an old olive tree. The apartment itself is located in the left building and the entrance to each block is marked with a beautiful paradise tree which gives you a tropical feel.

The apartment is located on the second floor and can be reached by stairs or elevator.

Layout of the apartment:

You enter the apartment in the open kitchen with bright living room, both give access to the large outdoor terrace (20m2). The terrace/balcony has a beautiful unobstructed view with green hills in the distance.

The hallway leads to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, shutters with remote control and air conditioning. From the bedrooms you have a beautiful view of the communal garden and a sea view.

The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped (stove, fridge, freezer, oven/grill, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster) and is separated from the living room with a nice breakfast bar.

COMMUNITY POOL
The communal swimming pool is closed and accessible through lockable gates. There is a shallow part, separated by stepping stones from the deeper part. There are plenty of outdoor showers and a grassy area has been laid out for sunbathing and where some palm trees can provide some shade.
