Casa El Paraiso

We wish you a warm welcome to our beautiful house Casa El Paraiso.

The house and garden are on one level, have complete privacy and are located in the quiet La Lluca district on a 2000 m2 flat plot near the golf course. La Lluca is a beautiful urbanization with only private villas.

Casa El Paraiso is located at the end of a dead end road. When you come through the electric gate, you can park your car or cars on the property. There is room for 2 cars in the carport, so that your car is out of the sun.

As you enter the house, you are greeted in the hall by a beautiful Buddha statue. The marble floor, crystal lamps and paintings immediately provide a warm welcome.

Through the Tosca stone arches you enter the very spacious living room with a very comfortable lounge sofa and a Tosca stone fireplace (wood burning). From the living room you enter the dining room with a 280 cm long dining table, 6 dining chairs and a large beautiful hanging lamp. From the dining room you have direct access to the Naya (covered terrace) and kitchen.

You will spend most of your time eating in the Naya. Here is a 320 cm long dining table with 6 lounge chairs. Also wonderful to drink a nice glass of wine in the evening. The Naya also has direct access to the kitchen.

This modern large kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances such as microwave, convection oven, electric hob, large refrigerator, freezer, extractor hood, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
From the Naya you can walk directly into the garden and have a view of the valley and the Montgo mountain. The garden is also entirely on one level, completely enclosed by fencing and gives you all the privacy you want. There are trees on the northeast side of the house (no neighbors). On the northwest side of the house there is a large empty plot of land (no neighbors). The entrance and access road are on the southwest side of the house (only neighbors on the other side of the road). You are the only neighbors on the southeast side of the house. However, due to the layout of the trees, you also have complete privacy in the house and garden from this side. There is a large lawn in the garden where the children can play. A table tennis table is also available.
The swimming pool (fresh water) of 8 x 4 meters with Roman steps is in the sun all day long and is surrounded by a very large terrace with 6 comfortable wicker sunbeds and thick cushions. 2 Large parasols (3x3 meters) provide shade. The pool has an outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, large barbecue and outdoor table with 6 chairs.

The house has 3 bedrooms (AC) all with an ensuite bathroom. The large master bedroom has air conditioning, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan with remote control and a king-size (210 x 180) box spring bed and a view of the garden. The bathroom has a large bathroom cabinet, toilet and walk-in shower. The ^2nd spacious bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan with remote control and a king-size (200 x 180 cm) box spring bed. Here too, a view of the garden. The ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower, bathroom furniture, bidet and toilet. The ^3rd bedroom has a large four-poster bed (210 x 180 cm), air conditioning, a built-in wardrobe and a ceiling fan with remote control. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, bathroom furniture and toilet. Hair dryer 2x are available.
When you rent our house in the autumn, winter or early spring, the underfloor heating ensures a pleasant living temperature.

You can use the air conditioning by purchasing a prepaid card for € 10.00 or € 20.00 upon arrival at the villa. Use of the fans is free. The winter rates include (underfloor) heating.

Our house is also suitable for disabled people.
