CASA CALMA - Within walking distance of the sea - Brand new swimming pool and outdoor kitchen from May 1, 2024

Our house has been modernized while retaining the authentic Spanish charm.
The spacious garden with 3 shady tall pines, citrus trees and beautiful flowers offers both sun and shade at any time of the day. On the beautiful covered naya you can enjoy the dishes from the stone barbecue in the garden in the evening. From May 1, 2024, our house has a new swimming pool (8x4m) with terrace and outdoor shower and a new outdoor kitchen with a gas griddle.

On the ground floor there is a stylishly furnished living room with a Smart TV and a dining room with a spacious table for 6 people. In addition, a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. And a spacious, bright kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric hobs, microwave, washing machine, kettle and Nespresso machine. Both the living room and the dining room have air conditioning with cooling and heating.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms with new box-spring beds and a second bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The large master bedroom has a double bed, the two other bedrooms have single box springs that can be arranged as a double bed or as two single beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning with cooling and heating.

In the garage below there are 2 bicycles and a ping-pong table at your disposal. There are 4 sunbeds and 2 garden chairs for the garden. There are also 3 beach chairs, mats and a parasol that you can use on the beach. On the naya (covered terrace) there is a large teak dining table with bench and 4 chairs. You can easily park two cars on site. The entire garden is fenced.

At 300 meters there is a small supermarket with an excellent bakery. There is a large Consum about 1 km away.

Javea has many paradisiacal beaches such as La Granadella, Cala Barraca and Playa de Ambolo. The popular sandy beach of El Arenal is 2000 meters away and has a very lively boulevard with many shops, restaurants and bars. The beach has extensive facilities such as beach beds and play equipment. Every week there is a market in the old center of Javea on Thursday.

Javea is located between Valencia and Alicante. Both cities can be reached within 1 hour for fun city trips. Sporting activities are closer to 'home': there are many cycling and mountain bike routes and walking routes (past our house). SUPing and snorkeling is a must on the paradisiacal beaches close to our house. Of course there are also several golf courses. Or you can climb the Montgo.

Other highlights are the waterfalls of Algar, Guadalest with its castle, the Jalon Valley, Aqualandia (Benidorm), Terra Mitica, Altea, Calpe, Denia and Moraira.
