Casa gran vista

The location is NOT SUITABLE  for small children and therefore Casa Gran Vista is an "Adult Only" accommodation. 
 
The apartment in our villa where we also live is a complete floor in the middle part of the villa. The apartment has a spacious living room with air conditioning, private free wifi and a SMART TV with Dutch channels and Chromecast, a spacious well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, 1 spacious bedroom with 2 x single beds, 1 spacious bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning  and sliding doors with access to the terrace, a bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower. The apartment has its own entrance.
On the spacious terrace is a dining table with 4 chairs, parasol, a BBQ and a lounge set where you can enjoy the great view.
The swimming pool (10 x 5 meters) is located one floor below and is equipped with plenty of sunbeds, parasol and a table with 4 chairs.
Our villa is not suitable for families with young children, older children in consultation.
A studio/guest house for 2 people at the pool level is also available and can also be rented or rented as an extra. 
The apartment is available for winter visitors, inquire about the possibilities and special prices. 

Motorcyclists / cyclists attention : You can park your motorcycles / bicycles for free and safely in our closed secure parking lot.

Our standard price is based on an occupancy of 2 people, each extra person is an additional cost, see extra costs for rate.

The Jalon valley is surrounded by hills and mountains. It is a great place to walk and cycle. The village of Xaló (Jalón) is the largest of the 7 villages in the Jalón valley. From our villa it is only a few minutes by car to the village. Here you will find a large supermarket, bakeries, butchers, several banks with an  ATM and various cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy a drink or an excellent meal. There is also a Dutch and Belgian general practitioner, dentists and a pharmacy.

Jalon is a 1-hour drive from Alicante airport and 80 minutes from Valencia airport.

A short distance away by car you will find the beautiful beaches of Calpe (20 min.), Benissa, Javea and Denia and the beautiful hidden coves between Moraira and Javea. Do you like more fun? Benidorm is a 40 km drive away.

You can shop in the large indoor shopping centers in Ondara (20 min drive) and Benidorm, or in the nice streets of Denia, Calpe and Altea. Nice cities in the area include: Valencia and Alicante,  which can be reached from about 1 hour's drive.

In our house there is an extensive information folder with a lot of information about the area.

It is also possible to plan one or more mountain hikes with the owner Frank. We can also offer you a tailor-made holiday. This way we can already arrange and plan various activities so that it will not be a disappointment if they are often fully booked on the spot, such as renting scooters.

We can also offer a massage at our location by a Dutch masseuse so that you can relax by the pool, on the terrace or in the house.
