Casa Uno is a modern, very luxurious duplex house, built in 2020, just 500 m from the beautiful sandy beach and dunes of Guardamar. Within walking / cycling distance of all daily amenities and the center of Guardamar with a nice boulevard, many shops, bars, restaurants, parks and sports facilities. Guardamar is a great holiday destination all year round, because of the climate. Many people live permanently in this traditional Spanish village, so all facilities are open all year round. The luxury home in an excellent location, the proximity of the beach with water sports facilities, many restaurants and bars and nice markets make this a great place to celebrate your holiday with family or friends.

The house is located in the closed EsSence residence and is only accessible to residents or tenants. You have your own parking space in the parking garage and there is an elevator. From the spacious living room you have access to a sunny terrace. The luxurious semi-open kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner induction (electric) hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, combi oven and coffee maker. You can use free WiFi throughout the house. All areas have air conditioning and the spacious bedrooms are furnished with very comfortable beds.

Alicante airport is only 30 minutes by car.

ENVIRONMENT
There are several beautiful cities nearby such as Alicante (40 km), Elche (24 km), Cartagena (82 km), Murcia (65 km), Valencia (195 km) and Torrevieja (14 km). There are several salt lakes with beautiful walking and cycling routes and the island of Tabarca is also worth a visit.


EXTRA INFORMATION

• Compulsory final cleaning, bed linen and towels € 200 per stay.
• Deposit € 500 (if no damage has been observed by the manager, the amount will be returned within a week after the check-out date).
• The booking is final after receipt of the down payment (50% of the total rent). The remaining amount including the deposit must be paid no later than four weeks before the arrival date.
• Due to Covid-19, you can cancel the booking free of charge in the event of a negative travel advice. If you have made a down payment, you will receive it back within a week.
