The holiday home is a detached villa situated on a plot of 500 m2.

It is located in a beautiful and popular area.

The garden is completely fenced, so offers a lot of privacy and is covered with beautiful palm trees and flowering plants.

At the front of the villa is a large swimming pool (10x5x1.8, lxwxd) and there is also an outdoor shower.

You can sunbathe or relax in the shade.

The veranda at the front of the house is (approx. 17.10 m2) large and equipped with opening windows and also has a ceiling fan.

All windows and doors are barred, this is very common in Spain.
The house can accommodate up to 6 people.

This villa has a very spacious living room (41 m2) with fireplace, air conditioning (hot/cold), dining room, separate open kitchen, separate room for: boiler (100 liters) and washing machine.

The house has 3 spacious bedrooms,
1 bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs.

The downstairs bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet, walk-in shower and opening window with a mosquito net.

There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor, which is very spacious and has a sliding window with insect screen.

On the upper floor there is a bedroom with air conditioning (hot/cold) and bathroom en suit, with bath, shower, toilet, bidet, double sink and opening window with a mosquito net.

There is also a separate bathroom upstairs with toilet, bidet, sink and shower cubicle and opening window with a mosquito net.

All windows throughout the house are equipped with shutters. By closing these roller shutters in the summer you keep it nice and cool in the house.

All bedrooms are also equipped with spacious built-in wardrobes.

In bedroom 1 on the ground floor there is a double bed (190 x 150 cm) with a comfortable double mattress and two bedside tables with table lamps. This room is equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold).

In bedroom 2 on the top floor there are 2 single bases and 2 single mattresses (190 x 180 cm). There are also two armchairs, two tables with table lamps and a high stool.
This room has air conditioning (hot / cold).

In bedroom 3 on the upper floor there is a double bed (190 x 150 cm) with a double comfortable mattress.

In this room there is also a white chest of drawers with a large mirror on the wall, a bedside table and a fan.

On the top floor there is also a landing with sliding doors to the spacious roof terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped.
A 4-burner ceramic hob (electric), electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, combi microwave, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, food processor, hand blender, toast machine and toaster.

In the garden there are also parasols and a dining table with 6 chairs.

At the pool there are 4 sunbeds.
Here you can really sunbathe all day long, with a good book and a glass of delicious wine. This really gives a wonderful feeling.

This villa is very centrally located. From Alicante Airport it is only a 7 minute drive to the villa.
The beaches are also nearby. It is only a 5 min drive to the famous Carabassi beach (one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca) and natural dunes. Wooden boardwalks lead you to this beautiful beach, where you can walk for hours.
Less than a 10-minute drive will take you to the beach of Santa Pola. You also have a beautiful beach at Los Arenales.

Within walking distance there are 4 supermarkets, gas stations, shopping center, medical center and pharmacy.
There are also many bars and restaurants within walking distance.
