Vista Montgo

This beautiful, well-maintained villa is fully equipped. Located in a microclimate, surrounded by numerous orange, almond and olive trees. With several beautiful covered terraces where you can relax. This unique, architecturally designed Mediterranean garden also has a cozy seating area with built-in barbecue.

On the large terrace you can enjoy the view of the sea and the Montgo. In clear weather it is possible to see Ibiza. The private swimming pool is inspected and maintained weekly, and there is an outdoor shower next to the pool. You can sunbathe on one of the 4 sunbeds.
The garden offers plenty of privacy and is fenced and lockable with a gate. There is a covered carport for the car, which is necessary.

The villa has a spacious living room with satellite TV (canal digital) and DVD player with various DVDs. The ground floor consists of a living room, conservatory and semi-open kitchen with utility room with washing machine and dryer.
In the kitchen you have a dishwasher, microwave and separate oven, American refrigerator (freezer) and 4 different coffee makers (see photo)
In addition, there is a mixer, sandwich maker, citrus juicer, toaster and an iron with ironing board.
Three separate bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. Two bedrooms have a double bed (140 wide and 180 wide). The third bedroom has 2 single beds (90 wide). The master bedroom has a second TV with canal digital. Two bathrooms, both with toilets. and sink, the large bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain sprayer and the other has a normal shower. You can use the two hair dryers with or without a defuser.
The living room and bedrooms have air conditioning.
There is a wood stove and central heating.

SAT/TV washing machine, dryer and dishwasher are at your disposal and free to use.
There is also WiFi available, but bring your own laptop and you will receive the code upon arrival.
For babies there is a cot, baby bath, high chair, bottle warmer and food grinder (blender).

A pet is allowed after consultation with the owner. One-off €50 per dog.

Particularities:
* Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties in this house is prohibited.
* This villa can only be booked for tourist purposes.
* Reservations for groups or groups of people under the age of thirty are not permitted.
* A car is necessary.

The beaches of Javea and Denia with their beach promenade, shops, restaurants and bars are about a 10-minute drive from the house.
The airports, Alicante and Valencia, are both an hour's drive from Gata de Gorgos.
A modern shopping center with well-known retail chains is located 10 minutes from Gata. You can visit cozy Spanish markets almost every day of the week in the immediate vicinity.
Golf courses, water sports, aqua park and Terra Mitica amusement park are within easy reach.
