'Small Luxury' on the Costa Blanca. Completely renovated cozy apartment right on the beach, just a 5-minute walk from the pleasant boulevard in El Campello with its many bars and restaurants and 10 minutes by taxi/car to the city of Alicante with its beautiful shops, Spanish boulevards and many delicious tapas restaurants.

A wonderful short stay place for a maximum of 2 people, who love a quiet location with every conceivable comfort: a private closed parking space, elevator, TV, air conditioning/heating, luxurious fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer), free Wifi, Nespresso machine, air fryer, lovely double bed (160x200), shower (with body wash, shampoo and conditioner), beautiful bathroom furniture, hairdryer, enclosed toilet, 2 beach chairs, a parasol, beach and bath towels and a sheet package (for a small fee) and a warm welcome including a nice wine in the refrigerator. The enjoyment can begin!

We have had a house near Alicante for years and come here very regularly. We use our apartment to accommodate friends and family and it is a wonderful place to enjoy. Small but extremely comfortable, equipped with every luxury and convenience.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
