The other bedrooms are furnished like this, 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. These rooms are centrally located next to the bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink. All bedrooms have air conditioning, which can be used to cool during the summer and heat in the winter.
From the covered porch you have a beautiful view and also a view of the swimming pool and garden. In the evening the garden is fully illuminated and the swimming pool has various colors of LED light in the water. In the garden there is a covered pergola with a lovely hot tub. There are also various lounge areas where you can relax after dinner and enjoy the sunset. There is an outdoor BBQ with a large dining table suitable for 8 people. All in all, this is a villa that lacks nothing and you can have a wonderful time. There is plenty to do in the area. There is enough hustle and bustle, conviviality, peace, privacy and so on. You can certainly enjoy it!
Pedrequer has the largest 'La Marina' indoor shopping center less than 10 minutes from the villa. It consists of 2 floors full of shops, restaurants, and a cinema. Are you a golf enthusiast? The "La Sella" golf complex is less than a 10-minute drive from the villa. You can also go horse riding, play tennis, go-karting and so on in the nearby area. In the center of Denia you can relax at the harbor with terraces, shops and wonderful beaches. All in all, you can have a great time.
