Welcome to Casa Rosita in Calpe!
A super cozy cottage located in Calp on the Costa Blanca North.
This cottage for a maximum of 4 people is located in a nice quiet urbanization that has a communal swimming pool.

The cottage itself consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a living room, a kitchen with all amenities, a cozy private terrace and a private parking space in front of the cottage.
Everything is also easily accessible: sea and beach, various supermarkets and the promenade are all within walking distance of the cottage. The ideal location to slip away and relax.

Hello,
my name is Sylvie Demunter, I am an independent key manager on the Costa Blanca north.
I have been living in Spain with my partner since 2018.
It had never occurred to me to settle in sunny Spain but oh how glad I am to be here. The climate here is wonderful and the people sweet and friendly. Ideal conditions to live and work. If you book your holiday with me, I will take care of everything for you down to the last detail.
