Are you looking for the peace and quiet of the countryside (in Spanish “Campo”) and do you want to enjoy unspoilt nature but also occasionally immerse yourself in the nightlife of Benidorm, Altea, Albir or Calpe within 20 minutes by car?
Swim in the sea or climb a mountain within a few kilometers?
Then you have come to the right place at our new house (built at the end of 2021) Casita Nobel!
Our holiday home is located between Altea La Vella and Callosa D'en Sarrià, close to the Rio Algar.
Of course your pet is more than welcome.

Located in the campo at the foot of the mountain massif “The Bernia”, a beautiful hiking area with “stunning views” in the valley of the Algar river, you will find Casita Nobel, named after our Labrador retriever Nobel, who passed away in 2021.
She has occupied an extremely important place in our lives, hence this name.

The casita is fully equipped:
* Air conditioning (hot and cold)
* Free Internet
* Dutch (Canal+) and Spanish television, you can also use your own
Netflix, Prime or, for example, Disney account on the existing smart TV.
* TV can be turned to watch from bed.
* Oven
* Gas heater
* Beds 90x200, can be pushed together if desired.
* Fully equipped kitchen.
* Games drawer

Bathroom and shower are located a few meters next to the casita.

Private terrace and large terrace on our balcony with beautiful views.
Orchard with lemons, figs and nisperos. Vegetable and herb garden, all seasonal of course!

We live 45 minutes from Alicante airport and 75 minutes from Valencia airport.
You can park your (rental) car safely on our closed grounds.

This area is also popular with cyclists. In the months of December to March, professional cycling teams such as Jumbo Visma, Quickstep and AG2R are often in the area to prepare for the new cycling season.

The nearest beach, 'L Olla, which falls under Altea and where dogs are also welcome, is 6 km away.

Have you ever swam under a real waterfall? This is possible at the Algar waterfalls!
Really drive “off the road” with your “own” jeep?? This activity is also located in the immediate vicinity of our home!
Would you like to go out as a tourist? Our “welcome book” lists various options to make your stay unforgettable.
Want to enjoy being lazy by the pool? You have access to the swimming pool, where we sometimes cool off ourselves.
A nice welcome package is ready for you. Are you arriving late? On request we can also provide some groceries for the first days.

What we offer extra is Spanish Paella. Possible in the variants mixed fish and chicken or only chicken, or vegetarian through live cooking.
A tapas board is also an option. We also make these ourselves, so you can take a culinary journey through Spain. If you contact us we can send photos.

It is possible to leave your dog(s) with us for a small fee if you really want to do something that is not suitable for them.

We speak Dutch, English, German and a little Spanish.
