There is also an extensive kitchen inventory for cozy cooking together on induction. The house is equipped with air conditioning for hot days and infrared panels for cool days, so it is also very suitable for wintering.

La Zenia Boulevard with more than 160,000 square meters, 150 shops and 5,000 free parking spaces, is the largest shopping center in the province of Alicante and is within walking distance or a 5-minute drive.

We are... Mary Dekker and John Verkaik, a couple who own a beautiful house in Spain. When we are not there ourselves, we like to enable others to enjoy our house, the pool, beach and the environment through Micazu. We bought the house in 2001 and since then we, our children, grandchild and tenants enjoy our Dream House and the wonderful weather on the Costa-Orihuela all year round.

Explanation of prices

You can arrive and depart on any day. The rental prices are shown per week but can also be booked per day.
There is a fixed amount for the total of: final cleaning, meet & greet, bed linen, kitchen linen, 24 towels and energy. To meet our managers Angelique and Jordy on site upon arrival. This can be done by payment request or in cash.

If you arrive and/or depart outside regular times, 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, there will be additional costs for key collection:
