Casa Ana is a ground floor holiday home that is part of a detached villa located in the quiet urbanization Llanos de los Pastores, which is surrounded by mountains. Views over the valley towards the sea and the skyline of Alicante. The villa originally had 2 casas, but from October 1, 2022 these will both be rented out under the name Casa Ana and can then accommodate 10 adults and 3 children up to 10 years old.

Casa Ana is located on a fenced plot of over 2000 m2 and has a beautiful garden with palm and fruit trees, cacti and beautiful statues. Of course, maintenance is carried out for this. There are several seating areas, sunbeds and parasols available to relax, enjoy a drink or read a good book.

The villa has its own swimming pool (10x5 m) with a salt system, so that there is no problem with so-called "chlorine". The pH is automatically checked and the pool has decalcified water and is cleaned weekly. In addition, there are all kinds of play elements available, such as a swing for the little ones and a table football game and table tennis table for the older ones.

In addition to peace and quiet, you can also enjoy the bustle of Alicante or Benidorm. Only a 15-20 minute drive away is the famous Esplanada de España in Alicante with its many palms, mosaic stones, stalls, street artists and other performances. The ancient trees, cozy terraces, restaurants, Santa Barbara castle, but also the large harbor with the capital yachts and the adjacent casino are fun to spend time there.
Benidorm with all kinds of theme parks nearby is approximately 30 km to the north. distance.

The beaches of El Campello (8 km away) and San Juan (15 km) are great; both have a wide sandy beach with all kinds of play equipment. El Campello has a beautiful boulevard with nice shops and San Juan also has fitness equipment and beach bars.

Golf enthusiasts can indulge themselves at the 18-hole golf course "Bonalba" located 3 km away. distance.

Welcome to the advertisement of our holiday home on Micazu!
We started the adventure just before our retirement and bought a piece of mountain. After a lot of blood, sweat and tears, the result is there, a beautiful villa, which was put into use in 2000 and where it is wonderful to stay. Our pride, which we like to share with guests.

Additional information

The Costa Blanca is located on the east side of the Spanish mainland, in the Comunidad Valenciana, bordering the Mediterranean Sea. In the south, the region borders on the Costa Almeria and in the north on the Costa Dorada. The white sandy beaches, interspersed with steep rocks rising from the sea, make the coastline a beautiful whole. The Costa Blanca does not owe its name to the famous beaches, but to the white flowering almond trees. Fashionable seaside resorts, sheltered bays, many hours of sunshine and a pleasant temperature that even in winter averages 16 degrees, make the region an excellent holiday destination all year round. The average temperature in spring and autumn is 20 degrees and in summer 35 degrees. The green hinterland is sloping. Wooded valleys, vines, almond gardens and extensive fruit orchards; a unique landscape. The area around Valencia in particular is graced by orchards, where "our" oranges ripen in the warm Spanish sun. The valleys, with their terraced building plots and countless palm trees, still keep the memory of the Moorish past alive. Both the coast and inland are very attractive for nice trips. For example, a trip by train that shuttles back and forth between Alicante and Denia and visits the various coastal towns on the way is fun to do. The ride offers you beautiful views over the hilly landscape and over the sea. Famous holiday places include Benidorm, Altea, Alicante and Torrevieja.
The two most celebrated festivals are the festival of the Moors and Christians and San Juan. The festival of the Moors and Christians, where the historical past of the region is constantly relived, is the celebration par excellence for the inhabitants of the province of Alicante. It is celebrated at a different time in each village, but all are characterized by dances in the streets, parades, music, fireworks, the impressive processions of the arrival of the Moors, the (fake) fights in the streets and the final expulsion of the Moors by the Christians. Around mid-June, the festival of Los Fogueres de San Juan is celebrated, with a papier-mach artwork on every square. At the end of the festive season, on the night of San Juan, all the works of art are set on fire and a big spectacle is created. Other fire rituals, such as the Fallas in March, are mainly held in Valencia, although they are also celebrated in Denia and Benidorm.
When the sun has set and it gets a bit cooler, you can enjoy the nightlife on the Costa Blanca. Alicante, Elche (Elx), Benidorm and Torrevieja have busy entertainment areas with trendy discos, bars and restaurants, mostly located in the heart of the historic center. Those who want it a bit quieter can go to the smaller seaside resorts and enjoy the Spanish atmosphere on a terrace with a nice drink and a snack.
The typical Spanish dishes are also richly represented on the Costa Blanca. The countless (fish) restaurants at the harbors offer you the most delicious local specialities. Those who want to feel at home under a radiant sun will certainly find what they are looking for on the Costa Blanca. In the many restaurants you will of course find the typical Spanish cuisine, but also the favorite dishes of every European. The "tapa" is a well-known Spanish snack, a kind of (drink) snack. The tapas have an age-old tradition in the life of the Spaniard. From eleven o'clock in the morning everyone goes to his or her pub for a (cool) sherry, wine or beer with tapas. That will happen again at the end of the afternoon, from five o'clock. You will regularly discover tapas bars; we hope you visit it sometime. You can indulge in, for example, Gambas, L'Ajillo (large shrimps in garlic), fresh sardines, Calamares Fritos (fried squid rings) or olives.
Water sports: For water sports enthusiasts there are large pleasure ports, where sailing boats and surfboards can be rented. In several places there are diving schools, which provide courses as well as one-day diving instructions. For those who prefer a closer look at the underwater life "dry", there are various options for taking boat trips, such as with a "glass bottom boat". Of course there are also jet skis and pedal boats for rent in various places. Golf: On the Costa Blanca you can play golf 365 days a year in ideal temperatures and often in beautiful surroundings. On the Costa Blanca, many golf courses with a great variety can be found in the Mediterranean landscape. The nearest golf course Bonalba is a 5 minute drive from the villa. Bonalba Golf Course is an 18 hole par 72 course with a length of 6,367 meters. Since its completion in 1995, several very important events have already taken place here, such as the Final of Spanisch National Professionals Tour 97/98, the Spanisch Junior Boys Championship 2000 and the "Costa Blanca" European Challenge' Tour Event 2000. trees, water, fountains, the slope factor and the high number of bunkers with large greens make this course very interesting for both professionals and amateur golfers. Cycling: The Costa Brava with considerable climbs (up to 1500 mtr.) is due to the nice climate (especially in winter) extremely suitable for the avid cyclist, but also has flat parts for cyclists. There are various bike rides from the villa with varying degrees of difficulty. For example, there is a flat route of about 100 km.: El Campello - Muchamiel - San Vincente - Agost - Monforde del Sid - Aspe - La Alcoraya - San Vincente - Muchamiel - Bonalba - El Campello. But a difficult route with a tough climb and a distance of about 150 km.: El Campello-Muchamiel-Agost-Novelda-Elda-Petrer-(Xorret de Cati). Hiking: The mountains of Cabeco d'Oro are foothills of the Jurassic limestone formed during the Alpine Oregenic movements. There are several hiking trails with varying degrees of difficulty and are definitely worth doing. For example, the PR-CV2 route takes 4 hours and requires moderate physical exertion. On the way to the top beautiful nature and once at the top (a climb of about 700 mtr.) the view offers beautiful views. The Cabeco d'Oro is not far from the villa, about 3 km. north of Busot. at the foot, on the southern slope are the caves of Canelobre (see also: various outings).
First of all, a car is necessary during your stay. Renting a car can be done via the internet from the Netherlands, so that your rental car is ready upon arrival at the airport. See for example google "cheap car rental Alicante" or via Micazu. Directions from Alicante airport: Follow the white signs A70 towards Valencia and keep on following the road (do not follow Valencia peaje). Then follow the CV-800 in the direction of Jijona (Xixona), this is exit 1 immediately after the tunnel. Then keep left at the 2nd fork towards Bonalba/Busot. Keep following Busot, so at the T-junction turn right onto the CV 773 and at the roundabout 3/4 and at the next roundabout 2/3 still in the direction of Busot. Then at the T-junction turn right again, this is also the CV 773 and keep following it. Immediately at the end of the tomato greenhouses on the left, turn left. This is indicated by a green sign Llano de los Pastores and by a white sign "Meson la Estrella". Follow the road along the nature reserve and take the 2nd street on the right (diagonally opposite Meson la Estrella), this is a dead end street. From the Netherlands by car, several routes are possible, both via the toll roads, but also via perfect routes without tolls. Personal preference plays a role in this.
1. A reservation via Micazu is binding if the landlord has accepted the booking request.
2. A deposit of 30% of the basic rental price must be transferred to the Micazu payment platform no later than 7 days after the booking date.
3. The remaining payment and the deposit must be paid 4 weeks before the start of the rental period via the Micazu payment platform. In the event of non-compliance, the lessor has the right to terminate the agreement and the advance paid to the lessor will lapse.
4. Cancellation must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation, the 30% deposit will at all times be forfeited to the landlord or remain due to the landlord. If you cancel up to 2 weeks before the commencement date, the total rental amount will be forfeited to the landlord.
5. Any additional costs that must be paid in cash to the landlord must be paid as soon as possible, but no later than 1 day after arrival.
6. Within 7 days after the end of the rental period, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer, including water and energy costs, mandatory cleaning costs and any damage.
7. The rented property will not be cleaned during the stay. You must take care of this yourself. Upon departure you must leave the dishes clean.
8. The rented property may under no circumstances be sublet or occupied by more than the number of persons agreed. This is subject to immediate termination of the rental agreement and denial of access to the rented property by the landlord or manager.
9. Furniture and inventory may only suffer a depreciation as a result of normal use. As a result, the tenant must reimburse all costs that the landlord has to incur to replace or repair anything that is missing or unusable after the rental period or as a result of apparently abnormal use. The tenant undertakes to fully reimburse all costs stated in this article, even if they exceed the amount of the deposit.
10. Home furniture should never be used outside. Household textiles may not be taken from your own premises.
11. If any defects occur in the rented property, with regard to the functioning of equipment, etc., the tenant is obliged to report these to the landlord or manager immediately, but in any case within 24 hours.
12. The rented property is available to the tenant after 4:00 PM on the day of commencement.
The rented property must be vacated by 10:30 am on the day of departure.
13. After checking the rented property and the inventory, the keys must be handed over to the landlord or manager.
14. The landlord accepts no liability for any failure of the internet connection.
15. The landlord accepts no liability for theft, loss or damage of or to property or persons, of any nature whatsoever, during or as a result of a stay at the landlord's accommodation, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of the landlord.
