Villa Xenofilia VIII is located in the luxury urbanization "Cumbre del Sol", This beautiful villa is located in one of the best places. During the day you can enjoy the sun and the pool, but the nights with their enormous tranquility are a special experience. The Cumbre de Sol urbanization is less than 10 minutes drive from Moraira and 15 minutes drive from Javea with its fine sandy beaches and abundance of good restaurants. Although these two cozy authentic coastal villages are visited by more and more tourists, the original character of these villages has been preserved. The urbanization itself has a supermarket, pharmacy and offers some entertainment for young and old, including the beautiful riding school which also has a good kitchen. A 5-minute drive will take you to all major supermarkets known for your shopping.

The urbanization is located in a beautiful and quiet area with rolling hills and beautiful villas of different styles. A little further, a half hour drive away is Benidorm. Benidorm has major entertainment centers and is well worth a visit. The city of Valencia is an hour's drive away, perhaps one of the most beautiful cities in Spain and certainly the most versatile.
