The villa is located in beautiful Benijofar, 40 km from Alicante. The beautiful sandy beaches of Guadarmar are a 15-minute drive away and the pleasant coastal city of Torrevieja is less than 20 minutes away.

Our house is equipped with shutters and air conditioning system.
Many attractive restaurants within walking distance, including; Mexican, Italian, Chinese, English pub, Dutch restaurants, Spanish tapas, Sushi bar, Dutch and Belgian cafeteria, Hamburgers and much more, for small prices. Here you can enjoy a cozy atmosphere with karaoke and live music on the weekends. Supermarkets such as Aldi, Lidl, Mercedona, are within driving distance. Dutch supermarket and bakery within walking distance.
In the area you will find many Spanish markets and aqua park Rojales. There are several golf courses in the vicinity. The beautiful sandy beaches of Guardemar are about 15 minutes drive away. Do you want to go shopping for an afternoon? That is also possible. Shopping centers such as Habaneras and La Zenia are a short drive away.

In addition, we make our car available for rental.
